The development of China's high square flat screen can be roughly divided into four stages.

Like COFCO Zhangjiakou company produced high square flat sieve because of its long service life, good sealing, easy to operate and other advantages has been evaluated by the China Cereals and Oils Society as ‘the whole machine technology to reach the international leading level'.
With the improvement of the level of intelligence, automatic temperature measurement system, automatic operation monitoring system and other intelligent control is also gradually applied in the High Plan sifter.
3. Future direction of development of high square flat screen
3.1 Modularity
The modular design of high square flat screen is a method of separating the components of high square flat screen into several modules, so as to facilitate the production, transport and maintenance. 3.3 Application of polymer materials
Low-density food composite materials have the advantages of low density, high wear resistance, safety and environmental protection.
Therefore, it has a great advantage to be applied on the sieve grid. First of all, the density is light to reduce the energy consumption of equipment operation, to achieve the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction; secondly, the wear resistance can protect the sieving food from damage and pollution; in addition, the waterproof and aging resistance performance is good, and it can be widely used in the chemical industry which needs to clean the sieve lattice on a regular basis; finally, the casting performance is good, and the sieve lattice can be cast in its entirety to ensure that there is no so-called ‘ dead corner’, and the sieving lattice has no ‘dead corner’. dead corners’, better sieving effect.
4. Future direction of development of high square flat screen
