KEY POINTS OF HAMMER MILL OPERATION

As a common equipment in grain mill(wheat maize,yam, sorghum, barley, various coarse grains and peas, beans corps etc )feed and edible oil mills, the crusher standardizes the operating procedures and clarifies the daily operation methods, key points and steps, which is not only conducive to improving the efficiency of equipment use and reducing energy consumption, but also provides a guarantee for daily production safety. The daily use of the crusher should pay special attention to the following points:

Before and after each Working Shift 

Before each shift:

Before starting each shift, check whether the sieve is intact, and replace it in time if it is damaged to avoid unqualified materials from entering the next process;

Check whether the feeding direction is consistent with the running direction of the rotor of the crusher, and it should be consistent, otherwise it will affect the production efficiency, etc.;

# After each shift:

Check that the connecting bolts of the equipment are not loose and tighten them in time;

Check whether there are iron and other debris in the stone removal and magnetic separation feeder, and be sure to clean it up in time;

Check the crushing chamber, no residual material, pay special attention to the cleaning of the material in the settling tank;

1. Pay attention to the appropriate hammer screen gap according to the production of different materials and sieve aperture screens;

2. Attention should be paid to the installation of the sieve with the rough side facing inward, the smooth side facing outward, and the screen and the wall of the crushing chamber should be compacted without gaps to avoid leakage and affect production capacity;

1. In the crushing process, it is very important to maintain the uniform wear of the hammer, and it is recommended to change the steering and feeding direction of the rotor of the crusher every other shift (or 10 hours of work) to prolong the service life of the hammer and the sieve plate.

2. To replace the new hammer, you need to have a counterweight (remember), a group of scales, a group of hammers must be consistent, the normal error is controlled within 2g, the maximum is not more than 5g, and there is no need for a single piece of weighing;

After the normal use of the pulverizer, the bearing seat needs to be refueled every week, each time with the oil gun to add 3-4 times, when filling the grease, the standard is the gap of the bearing cover 1/2~3/4;

If the bearing is seriously heated or has grease overflow, it should be stopped immediately and then started after the fault is eliminated. After 1000 hours of working in the pulverizer, the bearings should be thoroughly cleaned once.

Note:

SKF special grease is preferred for lubricating grease, and different greases should not be mixed.
